Joining the United Earth Forces can be a hugely rewarding experience, traveling to distant worlds, and meeting strange and exotic life forms. BUT, you are very reliant on your technology, and here we see the remains of a UEF Skiff Fighter and it’s unfortunate young pilot after a low altitude loss of power.
24 x 30 (610 x 762mm) primed canvas. Acrylics are used for the majority of the painting with a small brush and occasionally a permanent marker used for detailing.

Description
In early 2024 I found myself remembering a series of books I borrowed from my local library around 1989/81. They were large glossy hardbacks with an assortment of artwork, collected together and presented as if they were historical accounts of future technologies and conflicts.
I loved them. I managed to find one or two, which I’ve kept ever since. But only now have I decided to try and emulate the incredible art kept between those well sifted pages.
So here are a series of pictures, inspired by the Terran Trade Authority books from the late 1970’s/80s…a bit of Spacey fun!!!
